I can travel to your location and meet you wherever you feel comfortable at.

This two month program allows you to workout in the comfort of your own home. This package includes tools necessary for you to achieve your fitness goals. Provides you with accountability, motivation, and check-ups (daily text messages, weekly phone calls, weekly or monthly video chats. I will also provide you with a custom program tailored to your fitness and nutritional goals. This will also include video sessions. All of this plus much more for $100.
I will be your live personal trainer though the use of the inhomesports app. The way the sessions work is through the use of a built-in video conferencing part of the app. I will instruct you through a series of exercises that you can perform during the live sessions. A 25 min session is $25 and a 50 session is $50.
When we think about martial arts training we often think about punches, kicks, strikes, stances, and self defense. What we don't often think about is the physical fitness benefits that martial arts training provides. What I can provide is the physical fitness aspect of martial arts training combined with some very basic techniques. This is what is called martial arts conditioning. This is basically geared towards anyone already training in the martial arts.
